These terms govern your use of the Annix Travel & Tours website and the booking of our travel services. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and the required deposit or payment is received. Prices, dates and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking and may change due to airline fares, exchange rates or supplier availability.

Payments & deposits

• Trips may be reserved with a deposit, with the balance due before travel as agreed.
• Our Susu Travel plan lets you pay in instalments on an agreed schedule.
• Unless stated otherwise in writing, deposits and payments are non-refundable, as they secure flights, visas and supplier bookings.
• Payments can be made via Mobile Money, bank transfer or card.

Visas & travel documents

We provide visa assistance, guidance and processing support, but the decision rests entirely with the relevant embassy or authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval, and government/embassy fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting all entry requirements.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for every trip. Unless explicitly included in your package, insurance is your responsibility.

Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Supplier and airline cancellation rules apply and some costs may be non-recoverable. We reserve the right to amend itineraries where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators). We are not liable for losses caused by those suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
